Someone just sent me a really sweet gift of $50.00 through my PayPal account. It was totally out of the blue and brought the biggest smile to my face. This is found money and because of that it has to be shared. I'll be dividing it among a few people I know can always use the extra help. I figure, everything helps, even the small amounts.

One of the people I'll be sending to via PayPal is sapphsmum. She's been battling cancer for years now and between her and her husband's health problems their finances are pretty much run dry. I just feel that this is such an amazing medium which we have to use for good. For helping each other when we really need it and have no other place to go. A lot of us already know that financial help is often hard to come by. I mean, heck, take my Mom for example, with all of her medical expenses she misses being eligible for assistance by $11.00/month. There are many, many other people out there who fall through cracks just like that one.

I truly believe that the good you put out in the world comes back to you. It's what I'm trying to teach Amber as she grows up. If we have the chance to help another person, to make their life even the littlest bit better, more easy to bear, we have to take it.
